Our trip to London seems like years ago! While we were there, we stopped for gelato with Itty Bitty Bessie the MINI. Regular ice cream appears to be a rarity over there, at least in dedicated shop form.
Marine Ices was our first sampling. The strawberry cream gelato was delicious and wonderfully presented. Next, we visited Ciao Gelateria and enjoyed a break from the rain and hustle of the city. The caramel gelato was a simple treat amongst some strange, but wonderful menu choices.

I decided to try the caramel. It was good, but had just a bit of ice on the bottom of the scoop.

Hmmm... I thought I took some menu pictures. If I had the money, I might have tried lasanga, spaghetti or fried eggs, desserts made of gelato.
