It was a glorious day for a parade. The sun was shining, the weather cool and the excitement high. Bessie and her wavers headed to the Wauwautosa Parade with the Milwaukee MINIs. We couldn’t help but be overwhelmed by the constant cries of “Candy, Candy, Candy” from both kids and adults alike. Those not concentrating on sugary treats spread their love for Bessie and we gratefully showed our appreciation.
