After four years of cheesy-ness, Bessie needed a costume change. Many hours of hunting down a foam ball and cardboard cutting later, she was transformed from MINI Cooper into an ice cream sundae. Surprisingly, there were a lot less potentially fatal accidents this year at State Fair. I almost got one group, but they narrowly escaped. Not that I was aiming for them, no. Bessie became "Cheesy Rider" for the Wisconsin State Fair Parade. I finally got around to making a new costume for Bessie consisting of dozens of round poster board dots for that swiss cheese-look.
