Ahhhh… Friday night. Staying in with pizza, friends, rock n’ roll n’ root beer. We’ll share three of the four with you. Bessie took us around Waukesha to pick up some Sprecher’s Root Beer from Menard’s and then over to Sal’s Pizza for carry-out pizza. Sal’s makes a good pizza. We tried a thin crust with sausage and pepperoni. I preferred the pepperoni personally, but the crowd was mixed on their preference. Sal’s has an extensive menu, so the choices seem endless. We also got a free order of mozzarella sticks. I thought they were ok, but everyone else seemed to think they were quite good. Jenny made us brownies for dessert. Isn’t she sweet!
