May, 2003 – Wisconsin – Missouri – Texas and everywhere inbetween

Starting out on day two from Kansas City, Missouri. Caren in the driver's seat, Jenny as navigator, and Emily in the back (not the polar bear! you just can't see her)

Filled to the Sills

At the world's largest McDonald's, somewhere along a large paved road in Oklahoma. There I was yelled at by my navigator for waving at friendly carnies in a Mustang.

Six States worth of bugs

Somebody touched my car. If I ever find you - RUN!

Our other mode of transportation, Misty. (Bessie needed a few days rest after 20 hours of motoring)

We're just goofing off really

Emily, our journalist extraordinaire and Missouri hostess, getting ready for 12 hours in the backseat and she didn't mind it at all.

Poor Jenni, our esteemed Texas hostess, never got to ride in the MINI in Texas.
