It's been over a month since Bessie took anyone on an Ice Cream Escapade, so here's two from our visit in Austin, Texas. Our first experience was at trying our own hand at making our own Ice Cream. Bessie went to Texas and all she got was a magnetic Longhorn. And gas, lots of gas. At least it was cheaper than Wisconsin prices. If any of my Texan relatives (or anyone else for that matter) have a problem with my longhorn, you'll just have to send the appropriate magnet from College Station, etc.
